• 7-Day Return: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Product Condition: The shoes must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: Your order details or receipt may be required to process the return.

• Exchange: If you receive the wrong size, wrong article, or a defective product, we will offer an exchange, subject to availability.

• Damaged/Used Items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer.

• Return Shipping: Return delivery charges may apply unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed according to our refund procedure.
